Digital Coach has grown since its launch in Italy in 2012 every year at rates in excess of 40% per year on all the main indicators such as Online Visibility, Visitors, Turnover, No. of Clients, Social Presence.
In the graph opposite you can see the growth in the number of users (over 3 million) who have visited our website and the number of sessions/visits to the site.
Digital Coach’s growth has become increasingly vertical over the years. This phenomenon is only typical of companies that acquire a dominant position in their markets over time. As you can see from the graph opposite, the number of users visiting our site has increased by 78% in the last year. A gap even greater than that recorded in previous years.
On social media, Digital Coach has always had an important presence, both with content marketing, community management and digital PR activities, and with brand promotion through advertising investments. You can see from the image that our communication on Facebook has reached 6.8 million people with over 51 million advertising impressions delivered.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR 3 DIGITAL SALES CONSULTANTS BtoC.
Digital Sales Consultants are the sales specialists who sell our training services . They conduct 1-1 Online Orientation Coaching with people who are considering studying/working in Blockchain and who have asked us about it. Selected candidates will have the opportunity to be trained directly by us and introduced to the world of new digital professions, before starting their own business. The training period will be about 1 month.
The best candidates are recent high school/neo-college graduates who have had some business experience in the past, preferably in service companies. They have good relationship skills and enjoy helping/guiding/guiding people in turning their professional lives around. Previous athletic activity at a competitive level is very welcome given the performance and team working oriented internal culture. Digital skills will be considered a plus.
The starting contractual formula provides for an ongoing coordinated collaboration with a monthly FIX + BONUS Variable based on the results produced monthly. After the first months of training and field test, there is the possibility to stabilize in the company and start an internal career path towards roles with greater responsibility both in Italy and abroad. The opportunity then to grow both earnings-wise and professionally. The commitment is full time.

We are now looking for a Blockchain Sales/Project Manager to direct and coordinate our franchisee network of digital consultants.
In fact, we are launching on the market an innovative franchise network able to offer consulting and outsourcing for small and medium-sized companies interested in improving their economic results thanks to Digital Marketing activities such as SEO, SEM, PPC and Social ADS, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Digital PR, WordPress, Inbound Marketing, Display advertising, Analytics, CRO, Marketing automation and more.
The candidate will firstly be in charge of business development, i.e. converting the many leads produced by our online BtoB marketing into clients and doing Upsell actions on existing client companies. Secondly, he/she will assign and coordinate the implementation of projects to the different affiliate consultants needed ( according to the required skills ) for the project implementation.
REQUIREMENTS AND PROPOSAL
The ideal candidate is between 27 and 40 years old, at least 3 years of experience in sales/ accounting/ project management roles within Web Agencies;
Both previous sales experience and coordination/accounting roles in Web Agencies are prerequisites.
The contractual formula will be evaluated according to the candidate’s profile, and the possibility of starting the candidate with a Master Franchisee role is also to be considered, thanks to which he/she has the possibility of starting his/her own business as a digital consultant and at the same time having under him/her a network of affiliated consultants specialized in all areas of digital marketing.
